Twenty Love Poems Booklet

This project is a reinterpretation of Twenty Love Poems and a Song of Despair by Pablo Neruda. I divided the 20 poems into four small booklets, each represented by a different color. For the typesetting, I went full bleed on purpose. Most poetry books play it safe with small, delicate text, but I wanted to break that invisible frame. I wanted the words to take up space. Visually, I paired each poem with images that match its vibe, giving the reader something to step into as they read. The format is also meant to be interactive, I used the glue like a notepad, so readers can actually pull out the poems they love and re-stick them wherever they want. Each poem becomes a piece you can play with, pin on a wall, or rearrange next to an image that feels just right.
